Your customer service is crap! I tried to get me name tags on my dogs harness replaced due to a phone number misprint. I had filled everything out but decided to go back and look at other color options for the harness. I could only get black eventhough all of the other harness colors were also shown. It was a sale and would not allow any other color but black but until I ordered only the black would go onto my cart. I went back to my order and I had to put all of my info back in. It appeared that the name tags info had been completely erased but apparently it wasn't. I could not see the mistake until I received my purchase. Before I authorized the payment I checked the order and it looked OK. When I emailed your company with the problem and what I could do to get the name tags replaced I was sent a copy of my initial order. The double area code showed up there but I could not see it before I ordered. I was the informed that your company would do nothing about it. Horrible customer service and I have informed several of my friends at the dog park to absolutely not order from you!

Unfortunately Bella got a hold of her harness and chewed the buckle off. Is there anyway I can purchase another buckle. I love her grip harness. She don't pull as much and I feel like I have more control. No struggle to get it on or off. Please respond and let me know what I can do. Thank you Gwendolyn Tinsley

The harness is very good and easy to put on my 8 pound wiggle worm of a dog. The only thing I would recommend is that when they are doing the front strap, they make sure it is put on correctly. Phoebe’s strap is backwards, so I have to loop it to get to the Velcro part.
